I. APPLY FOR REGULAR VISA (STICKER OR LOOSE-LEAF VISA)

Apply in-person at the Embassy (No appointment necessary)

Required documents:

a) Passport (valid for at least 06 months from the date of exit from Vietnam).

b) 02 passport photos: light/white background; no glasses; head shot from shoulder height upwards.

c) Application form (contact the Embassy at consuladovietnam.mx@gmail.com for application form and further information). 

d) In case of working/studying/conference visa: Letter of Approval from Viet Nam Immigration Department (Ministry of Public Security) or Viet Nam Consular Department (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Important notices 

* The Embassy reserves the right to request further information/documents from applicants and to reject visa application without explanation.

* In case of any inaccurate information on the issued visa(s), please contact the Embassy within 5 days after the issuance for revision.​

II. APPLY FOR ELECTRONIC VISA (e-Visa)

*Note: E-visa is processed by the Immigration Department in Ha Noi.
